The ONE Thing that can cause you to sell more stuff for more and higher fees than you ever imagined possible is social proof selling. Now I don’t know about you, but for me the thought of actually trying to sell something to someone can be unbelievably intimidating and frustrating.
In fact, I consider myself to be one of the worst salespeople I’ve ever known. The very idea of trying to be convincing or trying to sell anybody anything makes my stomach ball up in knots!
You know, It’s always been that way but thankfully (early in my career) I learned that there was one secret that could actually cause people to want to buy things from you before they’ve ever even seen your sales presentation.
Imagine that! Having prospects actually wanting to buy your stuff before you ever even had the chance to sell it to them!
Companies like Apple do this all the time where they’ll have tons of people standing in line to get the latest iPhone Standing in line (excited, crazed and ready to buy) before anyone even has a chance to try to demonstrate or sell it to them.
You can actually create that very same thing in your business and YOU can do that all by learning to leverage one simple thing. Wanna know what it is?
It’s easy – it’s knowing how to TRIGGER an internal buying decision in your prospects and clients.

Now, that method actually works pretty well, which is why that’s the way most people sell stuff. But it’s also the reason that MOST PEOPLE STRUGGLE to sell consistently and it’s also the reason that most people hate selling.
Because it’s got a very fatal flaw. Actually, it’s got two of them. The first fatal flaw is that it takes a lot of work! You actually have to try to convince somebody to do something, and everybody knows that people DON’T like being convinced of anything.
That Method of Selling Has A Fatal Flaw... Actually It's Got TWO of Them!
The second fatal flaw is that it DOESN’T stick). That means that if you convince someone of something, they can easily be convinced of the opposite. So if you convince them to MAKE a decision, they can turn right back around and convince themselves that that was a BAD decision.
As an example, when I’m teaching our Members the Eight Strategies you can use to get clients now and keep them coming … one of the strategies is how to create internal decisions in the mind of their of prospects.
And that can occur minutes, days, or weeks after they’ve made the purchase from you. So it’s really, really hard to make that method of selling pay off for you.
What’s the strategy that DOES work? What is the thing you can use that’ll make your sales stick? It’s those internal decision triggers I was talking about.
That means that an internal decision trigger is when something happens that causes you to convince YOURSELF to do something. It’s when YOU make a decision on your own. See, whenever we make a decision on our own, we own that decision.
WE have made that decision! This is social proof selling at its core, and it’s how you can make the sales process easy and effortless in YOUR business.
The great news is that you can do that because when you can trigger an internal decision-making process in the mind of your prospects and clients using social proof selling, it’s a decision that they have made on their own. It’s a decision that they will stick with!
It’s a decision that they will defend even if somebody shows them evidence that they made the wrong decision in the first place.

Now I don’t know about you, but if I make my mind up about something … somebody can come along and show me why it was a dumb idea and I’m going to stick to my dumb idea … because Dang it!… it was my dumb idea.
